Materials for Making 2T, 3T Series Agricultural Tie Rod Hydraulic Cylinders

• The cylinder head is made of high grade ductile iron.
• The barrel is a cold drawn honed tube.
• The cylinder head seal is an O-ring with a backup washer.
• The tie rod of our hydraulic cylinder is made of high tensile steel.
• The piston rod of our tie rod cylinder is made of chrome plated C45 steel.
• The rod clevis is made of ductile iron.
• The end cap is made of high grade ductile iron.
• The piston of our tie rod hydraulic cylinder is made of high grade ductile iron and is precision machined.
• The piston seal is a glass-filled Teflon seal coming with O-ring expander.
• 3T series tie rod hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a piston wear ring which is made of glass-filled nylon.
• The rod wiper is made of metal encased nitrile rubber.
• The rod seal is made of PU.
