Colors:

The welded hydraulic cylinders are coated with semi-gloss black paint. This coating provides a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish to the cylinders.

Mounting Type:

• The hydraulic welded cylinders are designed for sleeve installation. This mounting type typically involves sliding the cylinder into a sleeve or housing, providing a secure and stable attachment.
• Materials for Making 800 Series Welded Hydraulic Cylinders:
• The cylinder head and piston of the hydraulic welded cylinders are made of high-grade ductile iron. Ductile iron offers strength, impact resistance, and durability, ensuring reliable performance and longevity of the cylinders.
• The cylinder barrel is an internally honed, cold-drawn tube. The honing process creates a smooth interior surface, facilitating the proper movement of the piston within the cylinder.
• The piston rod of the hydraulic welded cylinder is made of chromed C45 steel. Chrome plating on the rod enhances its corrosion resistance and wear resistance properties, ensuring smooth operation and durability.
• The end cap of the hydraulic welded cylinder is made of either C45 steel or cast iron. Both materials provide strength and structural integrity to the cylinder assembly.
• The piston seal is a urethane ring with nylon backup washers, offering effective sealing properties and resistance to wear. The nylon backup washers provide additional support and stability to the seal.
• The cylinder head seal is a polyurethane U-cup, known for its effective sealing performance.
• The rod wiper of the hydraulic welded cylinder is made of PU (polyurethane). PU rod wipers help prevent contaminants from entering the cylinder, protecting the rod surface and contributing to the overall performance and longevity of the hydraulic cylinder.
